Rev. Anson Phelps Stokes, Jr., S.T.B., Secretary of Yale University, will preach in Appleton Chapel tomorrow morning at 11 o'clock. Students of the University enter at the south side-door. Officers of the University and their families enter at the north side-door. No seats except in the galleries will be open to the public.
Mr. Stokes graduated from Yale in 1896, and from the Episcopal Theological School, Cambridge, in 1900. In 1896-97 he traveled around the world, visiting Japan, China, Java, and India. He assumed his present position in 1903, and is also assistant minister of St. Paul's Church, New Haven.
Mr. Stokes will conduct morning prayers in Appleton Chapel on Monday and Tuesday. Rev. Professor E. C. Moore will have charge of prayers on Wednesday and Thursday. The former will be in Wadsworth House 1 on Monday from 9 to 10, and from 2.30 to 3.30 o'clock, and Professor Moore will be there at the same hours Wednesday and Thursday.
