Short Scrimmage for Freshmen

The Freshman football team was sent through a light practice today after their victory over Worcester Academy last Saturday. The backs were given practice in catching punts, while the ends ran down under the kicks. Afterward the ends were drilled in boxing tackles. A short scrimmage with the substitutes, in which no tackling was allowed, concluded the practice. The first team lined up as follows: l.e., Howard; l.t., Gardiner; l.g., Bliss; c., Storer; r.g., McGuire; r.t., Willetts; r.e., Dana; q.b., Freedley; l.h.b., Sortwell; r.h.b., Chatfield; f.b., Bettle.
