First Hockey Practice Last Night

The first practice for the University hockey team was held in the Boston Arena yesterday evening, 27 men reporting. After a short shooting drill, two teams lined up for a scrimmage in which nearly all the candidates were given a chance to play. Most of the members of last year's team who are available this year did not report, but will be out for practice within a few days. Captain R. Hornblower '11 was present, but did not take part in the practice. A. Winsor '02, coach, and S. T. Hicks '10, captain of last year's team, were on the ice.
