As tomorrow is Thanksgiving Day, there will be a holiday in all departments of the University.
The regular service of morning prayer, however, will be held in Appleton Chapel. Rev. President F. J. McConnell, D.D., of Greencastle, Indiana, will conduct the service.
All the libraries will be closed; but books may be taken from the Reading Room in Gore Hall after 9 o'clock this evening and from the Harvard Hall library after 4 o'clock this afternoon, to be returned before 9 o'clock Friday morning.
At Memorial and Randall Halls breakfast and dinner will be served, but no evening meal. At Memorial, breakfast will be served between 8 and 10 o'clock, and a special dinner between 1 and 3 o'clock. The tables will be decorated and several will be reserved for transients. At Randall breakfast will be served between 8.15 and 9.55 o'clock, and a special turkey dinner at 40 cents between 12.50 and 2.10 o'clock.
The Union will be open all day and meals will be served as usual. The Hemenway gymnasium will be closed.
Only the first regular mail delivery will be made from the Cambridge Post Office.
