HOCKEY PRACTICE BEGINS

The University hockey team will hold its first practice of the year in the Boston Arena at the corner of St. Botolph street and Massachusetts avenue this afternoon at 5.30 o'clock, unless a notice to the contrary is posted in Leavitt & Peirce's. The schedule is not yet complete, but the first game will probably take place in the middle of December. As there are only three weeks before this game, practice will probably be held in Boston four times a week, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursday and Saturdays. All men who intend to buy new skates should consult trainer W. E. Quinn before doing so.
