No scrimmage was given the Freshman football squad yesterday. The men started with running down under punts, tackling the dummy, and falling on the ball. Then the first team was put through a long signal practice. Many forward passes were tried, and they were handled well, especially by the ends. H. B. Sprague '11 is now assisting the coaches of the squad.

The line-up of the team was: Bulkeley, Devereux, r.e.; Howard, Willetts, r.t.; Maguire, Mills, r.g.; Storer, N. Curtis, c.; Bliss, l.g.; Gardiner, l.t.; Dana, Barron, l.e.; Grant, Friedley, q.b.; Chatfield, Walker, r.h.b.; Reynolds, Morgan, O'Brien, l.h.b.; Bettle, Ryan, Fox, f.b.
