First Scrimmage for Freshmen

The Freshman football squad began practice yesterday with tackling the dummy and falling on the ball. The coaches then divided the squad into four teams and after running through signal practice, the first scrimmage of the season was held. The backfields are strong and fast, but fumbling and a slight indecision were very noticeable, as is common in the first scrimmage. F. Parker, Jr., '13, has just been appointed as assistant coach of the squad.
