Professor Hugo Muensterberg, who is exchange professor at Berlin for the current academic year, is serving as the first director of the recently established "Amerika Institut" in that city, according to information just received by the State Department at Washington from the Berlin embassy. The institute is strictly under German administration. It is founded and supported by American and German contributors, to serve as an exchange of cultural relations between the United States and Germany.
