Dr. Cabot to Speak on Philosophy

Dr. Richard C. Cabot '89, Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine, will speak before the Philosophical Club in Emerson J this evening at 8 o'clock on "The Value of Philosophic Training in the Professions." The lecture will be open only to members of the University.

Dr. Cabot took an M.D. in 1892, and in 1899 came to the Medical School as an assistant. In 1903 he was made instructor, and since then has been promoted to the position of assistant professor. Besides this, Dr. Cabot has held positions in several hospitals in the vicinity of Boston.
