At a meeting held last evening the University dining council decided to hire an orchestra to play during the football season on Tuesday and Friday evenings between 6 and 7 o'clock. The orchestra will be procured as soon as possible, and contrary to the custom of former years will be paid for by the Dining Association.

G. S. Phenix '12 was elected chairman of the council in place of J. A. L. Blake '02, resigned.
