The time during which students are allowed to change their courses will end today at 1 o'clock. Any applications received after that time will be liable to a fee of $10 for every half course and $20 for every whole course that is changed. As students are held to have definitely chosen their courses after the third calendar week, they are liable for the tuition fees for the same, whether they complete them or not.
