Freshmen to Play Groton at Groton

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Freshman football team will play the second game of its season with Groton this afternoon at Groton. In the first game, last Wednesday, they defeated St. Mark's by the score of 5 to 0.

Groton has already played four games and its greater experience will give it a slight advantage over the Freshman team. This should be more than counterbalanced by the weight and individual playing of the Freshmen. Thus far the Groton team has been defeated by the Yale freshmen, 12 to 0, and by Lawrence academy, 11 to 5. It played a 0 to 0 game with English High School, and has defeated Somerville High School, 22 to 0.

The teams will line up as follows: HARVARD 1914  GROTON. C. Curtis, l.e.  r.e., Wharton. Gardiner, l.t.  r.t., Boyer. Bliss, l.g.  r.g., Stedman. Storer, c.  c., Atkinson. Hitchcock, r.g.  l.g., Duncan. Willetts, r.t.  l, t., Paine. Bulkeley, r.e.  l.e., Howard. Grant, q.b.  q.b., Hardwick. Reynolds, l.h.b.  r.h.b., Frothingham. Chatfield, r.h.b.  l.h.b., Biddle.
