The Harvard Seismographic Station in the geological section of the University Museum is open to inspection by students of the University and their friends between 3 and 5 o'clock on the afternoons of this week. Professor J. B. Woodworth '94 or a representative will be present to explain the seismograph and to show the records obtained of distant earthquakes. The Students' Meteorological Observatory, on the roof of the Geological Museum, is also open for inspection at the same hours as the Seismographic Station. Professor R. DeC. Ward '89 or Mr. W. G. Reed, Jr., '06 will be present to explain the use of the instruments.
