Resolutions Passed by Debating Club

The following resolutions have been drawn up to express the consensus of opinion at the public meeting of the Harvard Debating Club, held on January 13.

Resolved: that the admittedly evil social conditions in Harvard undergraduate life are due to artificial causes; furthermore, be it resolved: That one of these causes is the bad living conditions in the Yard dormitories, and another the present condition of private dormitories; and that a committee from the Faculty and the undergraduates be appointed to investigate thoroughly the dormitory conditions at Harvard.
