The Deutscher Verein will hold a "Fest-Kneipe" in the Assembly Room of the Union this evening at 8.45 o'clock to celebrate the 209th anniversary of the founding of the Kingdom of Prussia and the 49th anniversary of the founding of the/German Empire. Professor Eduard Meyer, the German exchange professor, will speak on "The Significance of the Day," Professor A. B. Hart '80 will speak on "Bismarck as a Commonwealth Builder," and Professor Kuno Francke, Professor W. B. Munro, and Major Bigelow of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology will speak informally. This meeting is open to members of the Verein and friends brought by them.
