Baseball Candidates Meet January 24.

There will be a meeting of all the candidates for the university baseball team in the Assembly Room of the Union on Monday evening, January 24, at 7 o'clock. All baseball men are expected to keep this date open to attend the meeting. Coach L. P. Pieper '03 and Captain C. L. Lanigan '10 will outline the work of the season.

All men who expect to try for the University baseball team must send their names, addresses, and positions for which they expect to try, to P. Wyman, 28 Plympton street, not later than Saturday, January 15. The batteries will report for practice at the Baseball Cage on Monday, January 31. The new men, who did not play on either the University or Freshman baseball squads last year and who wish to try for the team, will report on Monday, February 14, and the rest of the men on Monday. February 28.

A meeting of the candidates for the Freshman baseball team will be held in the Assembly Room of the Union on Monday evening, February 14, at 7 o'clock. Coach Pieper and Captain Lanigan will also speak at this meeting.
