The first two games in the Leiter Cup baseball league series were played on Soldiers Field yesterday afternoon. The Baby Dolls defeated the Mugwumps, 12 to 3, and the Prickly Heats defeated the Can Openers, 12 to 1.

The league series games for this afternoon are as follows: Limes vs. Fathers on the diamond behind the baseball bleachers, and bush Leaguers vs. Nine Muses on the new football field diamond.
