Yale Won Dual Meet with Princeton

Yale defeated Princeton in their annual dual track meet Saturday by the score of 58 to 46, places counting five, two and one. In the track events Princeton proved unexpectedly strong, scoring 45 points to Yale's 19, put in the field events the tables were turned and Yale scored 39 points to a single point for Princeton.

Laird of Princeton won the half-mile in the excellent time of 1 minute, 58 4-5 seconds. McGee of Princeton accomplished the feat of winning the one-mile run in 4 minutes, 28 3-5 seconds and the two-mile run in 9 minutes, 55 seconds. Kilpatrick won the broad jump with 32 feet, 4 1-2 inches; and Nelson and Campbell tied for first in the pole-vault by clearing 12 feet. The hammer-hrow was won by Cooney with a throw of 147 feet.
