Entries for the spring handicap track games, which will be held on Soldiers Field on Friday, April 16, may now be made in the blue-book on the bulletin board in the Locker Building. There will be 13 events, and cups will be awarded the winners of first and second places. Only those will be allowed to compete who have passed the strength test since January 1, and who are not on probation.
