Mr. Arthur George Sedgwick '64 will deliver the fifth of the Godkin lectures on "Some Unsettled Questions Relating to Popular Government" in Emerson D, this evening at 8 o'clock. The special phase of the general subject which he will discuss will be "Use and Abuse of the Suffrage."

Mr. Sedgwick will give the last lecture of the series tomorrow evening on "Limitations." These lectures are open to the public.
