Captain W. H. H. Southerland of the U. S. S. New Jersey will lecture in the Living Room of the Union tomorrow evening on "The Cruise of the Battle Fleet." He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, and ever since he was graduated has served in the navy, commanding the U. S. S. Eagle during the Spanish-American War. He accompanied the fleet on its recently completed tour of the world.
