President Eliot and Mr. E.C. Carter '00 of New York, for several years sustained in India by the Harvard Mission, and now secretary of the student department of the Young Men's Christian Association in North America, will speak at the last of the Bible study conferences held under the auspices of the Christian Association in Appleton Chapel tomorrow at 7 o'clock. President Eliot will speak on the "Place of the Bible in the spiritual development of a man," and Mr. Carter on the "Influence of the Bible in India." The conference will last about an hour, and a report of the Bible study work in the University will be made. All members of the University are cordially invited to attend.
