CONGRESSMAN McCALL'S ADDRESS.

In the Union tonight an address on "The National House of Representatives" will be delivered by one of the most prominent members of that body. Congressman McCall has shown that devotion to high ideals may be effectually combined with a practical sense of the best methods of reform, and by his personal integrity and fearless convictions he has become a leader in the movement for honesty in government. The recent offer of the presidency of Dartmouth was a high tribute to his varied achievements.
