In the University baseball practice yesterday afternoon team B again defeated team A, this time by the score of 6 to 2. As in yesterday's game the same pitcher was in the box for both teams.
Team B made a total of nine hits, three by Haydock, and one each by O'Connell, Clark, Hann, Hall, Burr, and Jordan. O'Connell and Jordan each knocked a two-bagger. Team A got only four hits, one each by C.W. Harvey and Crocker, and two by Aronson. Each team made two runs in the first inning, but there was no more scoring until the seventh, when team B got another run, following it in the eighth with three more.
