Hon. Martin A. Knapp will give a lecture on "The Work of the Interstate Commerce Commission," in Sever 11 this evening at 8 o'clock, under the auspices of the Graduate School of Business Administration.

Mr. Knapp was appointed a member of the Interstate Commerce Commission in 1891, and since 1898 he has been its chairman. This commission is the most powerful permanent administrative body that Congress has ever established. Its jurisdiction includes railroad rates and accounts, and to a limited extent railroad operation also. In his address tonight Mr. Knapp will indicate the lines of work which are being followed and the results which the commission hopes to achieve.
