Professor Eugen Kuehnemann, visiting professor from the University of Breslau, Germany, will deliver two lectures in English, instead of continuing his readings from the German dramatists throughout the second half-year.
The subjects and dates of the lectures are as follows: March 29, "Goethe's Faust and its Message to Humanity"; April 5, "Neitsche and Contemporary German Literature." Both lectures will be given in Emerson D at 4.30 o'clock in the afternoon, and will be open to the public.
Professor Kuehnemann will also give an address on "Bismarck and Germany" in Emerson D on March 31, at 8 o'clock. The address will be given under the auspices of the Deutscher Verein, and will be in commemoration of the ninety fourth anniversary of Bismarck's birth which falls on April 1. The address will be open to the public.
