NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The practice of the University hockey team yesterday was held at the Brae Burn Country Club. After a short preliminary practice, a 15-minute scrimmage with the second team was played, the University team scoring three goals. This was followed by a practice game with Brae Burn, which the University also defeated by a score of 3 to 0. The first score was made by Briggs on a pass from Hicks. Morgan scored the other two goals, also on passes from Hicks. The playing of the University team was ragged, the result of lack of ice during the past two weeks. The best work was done by the forwards, the passing being particularly good.

The line-up follows: l.e., Briggs; l.c., Hicks; r.c., Morgan; r.e., Hornblower; c.p., Ford; p., Sampson; g., Washburn.
