The Council in charge of the dining halls has completed arrangements for the Christmas recess. Randall will be closed, and Memorial will be open to all members of the University, thus reversing the conditions of a year ago. During the period of the recess the restaurant at Memorial Hall will be run as follows:
1. American plan--Board will be furnished for two five-day periods, from December 23 to December 28, and from December 29 to January 2, at $3.75 for each period.
2. European plan--No membership fees will be required. All charges will be made on the term-bills; those against members of Randall Hall will be made on the Randall books.
All persons who wish to board at Memorial during the recess must first register at the auditor's office, whether or not they are already members of either hall.
