Hockey Games in Christmas Recess

The University hockey squad will play a series of practice games in the St. Nicholas Rink in New York on December 27, 28, and 29 with teams of the New York Amateur Hockey League. The games will not form part of the regular hockey schedule. It is expected that the forwards of the 1908 team and several candidates for the defence will be tried out in these games. Last year the University squad won three out of the five games played, the practice proving most beneficial in developing team-play and a concentrated attack.
