The first public hearing by the Harvard Committee on Legislation will be held in Emerson F this evening at 9 o'clock. "A Bill Relating to the Hours of Labor of Women and Children" will be presented and discussed. If the decision of the committee is favorable counsel will be retained to present the bill to the Massachusetts Legislature. The public is cordially invited to attend the meeting.
