Statements by Athletic Association

The Athletic Association makes the following two announcements regarding the return of money for unfilled Yale game applications and the return of lost articles:

Many inquiries have been made about the return of checks, when applications have not been filled. The Athletic Association deposits all checks upon receipt. As there are several thousand checks to be made out and signed, as well as the verifying and recording of the transactions to be gone through, it may be two weeks before all returns are made.

Many of the garments and other articles lost at Soldiers Field on Saturday were sent to the Locker Building and are now held by the Harvard Athletic Association. These have been listed and will be returned upon identification to the losers, who should immediately send a description of the lost article to the Graduate Treasurer, Cambridge. Although the Athletic Association is in no way responsible for lost articles, a corps of men was employed to pick up and return them to the Locker Building after the game.
