The University shooting team was defeated in the dual shoot with Yale, held at the traps on Soldiers Field Saturday morning at 9.30 o'clock.
Neither team shot up to standard, which was partly due to a slight breeze from the rear. It was a 50-birds match, which were shot in two strings of twenty-five each.
C.L. Hauthaway '10 of Harvard was high man of the day with 49 out of a possible 50, and L.S. Morrison '10 of Yale won the medal given for the highest Yale man with a total of 47.
