Light Football Practice for 1913

The Freshman football team held a light practice yesterday afternoon. The first squad was given a blackboard lecture on plays, followed by drill in catching punts and signal practice by two teams. The first string men were then sent to the Locker Building and the substitutes lined up against the second team in a short scrimmage in which the substitutes carried the ball to their opponents' 3-yard line but lost it there on a fumble.
