New Haven, Conn., October 8, 1909.--Yale will play the Springfield Manual Training School tomorrow afternoon, the fourth game on its schedule. The Yale team has been improving this week and should show far better work than in the last game, that with Holy Cross. The Springfield team is light but fast and last Saturday defeated Amherst 6 to 5 in an exciting game.
The Yale team line-up will be as follows: l.e., Kilpatrick; l.t., Hobbs; l.g., Cooney; c., Hyde; r.g., Goebel; r.t., Lilley; r.e., Logan; q.b., Howe; l.h.b., Murphy; r.h.b., Messinger; f.b., Deming.
