Rhodes Scholarship Examinations

The qualifying examinations for the selection of a Rhodes scholar from Massachusetts for the term of three years beginning next October will be held today and tomorrow at the Harvard Medical School, Longwood avenue, Boston. Candidates who take the examinations must pay the supervising examiner a fee of $5 to meet the local expenses of examination and selection. Candidates who file a certificate of exemption must pay a fee of $1 to the chairman of the committee of selection at the time of filing the certificate.

The following examinations will be held today: 10 A. M. to 12 M., translation from Latin into English; 2 P. M. to 4 P. M., Latin prose; 5 P. M. to 7 P. M., arithmetic. Candidates must report in Room 207 of the Administrative Building this morning at 9.30 o'clock.
