Outdoor Field Events Begin Today

The first of a series of outdoor handicap field events will be held in the Stadium this afternoon at 4 o'clock. Entries for the 8-pound shot-put and the running high jump, the two events to be held today, may be made on the field. Any undergraduate may compete. Other events will be held on Thursday, and thereafter at frequent intervals. At the end of the series a cup will, be awarded in each event to the man making the best average.
