Memorial and Randall Halls are now open regularly for meals, which are served at the following hours in both halls: breakfast, 7.15 to 9.30; lunch, 12 to 1.30; dinner, 5.30 to 7.30. Any member of the University may become a member of Memorial Hall by applying at the Auditor's office and showing that he has deposited the necessary security at the Bursar's office. Meals are served on the American plan at the guaranteed rate of $5.25 a week; and in addition a full extra-order list is maintained. As in the past, allowance is made for regular week-end absences.
Any member of the University by presenting his Bursar's card at the Auditor's office, may become a member of Randall Hall. A membership fee of $3 is charged on the January term bill, or may be paid at the time of admission to the Hall. Trial memberships without payment of fee are allowed for one week.
Already 586 and 424 members have been enrolled at Memorial and Randall Halls, respectively, and many more are expected to join within a few days as this year's arrangements have so far proved very satisfactory.
