President Eliot will speak at a mass meeting of the City History Club to be held in the Old South Meeting House tomorrow afternoon at 3.30 o'clock. His subject has not been announced. The meeting will be open to all those interested.
The City History Club has been in existence for five years, during which time it has grown from a small organization to a club with numerous affiliations. Its object is studying municipal government.
