Will Vote on Candidates for Positions at Close of Competitions.

The captains of the various University teams met with the Student Council yesterday afternoon and adopted the following plan for selecting assistant managers:

The captain and manager shall conduct a competition as they see fit, at the close of which they shall present to the Student Council at least two candidates for the position.

Of these selected men the captain and manager shall nominate one for the approval of the Council, stating fully the reasons for their choice, and the Council shall vote on that nomination.
