The New England Country Church Association will hold a conference on the problems of the rural church in New England in Tremont Temple today and tomorrow. President Eliot will address the conference in Lorimer Hall this evening at 8 o'clock. His subject has not been announced.
In Gilbert Hall, at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon, Professor Francis G. Peabody '69 will open the discussion on the report of the Committee on Country Church Work. This committee was appointed to investigate and report upon the various special lines of work now being carried on by and for country churches.
