The enrolment by states in all departments of the University except the Summer School; as given below, is practically the same as last year. The figures show a representation from Massachusetts of 51 1-2 per cent of the total registration in the University, an increase of 1 percent from last year. The present representation from New York is 12 1-2 per cent of the total registration, as compared to 12 per cent last year.
