Hon. William Thomas Davis '42, who is known throughout the country as an orator and as a writer of Pilgrim history, died very suddenly of heart failure at his home in Plymouth last Tuesday at the age of 86. Mr. Davis is the author of "Ancient Landmarks of Plymouth" and "Pilgrim Memories of an Octogenarian." He was vice-president of the Pilgrim Society and president of the Pilgrim Society of Plymouth. For many years he has been an active and prominent citizen of Plymouth.
