NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

At the mass meeting held in the Union last night to ratify the plan for the new student council, a motion was passed to adopt this plan, to go into effect with the beginning of the next College year. It was then moved and carried that the present undergraduate committee, which was appointed by the class presidents and drew up the constitution, be empowered to appoint nominating committee, of three, as provided in the constitution, which will take action next fall, and put the council on a working basis. The nominating committee will be announced at some date in the near future.
