Chelsea Benefit Performance Today

An amateur performance of sixteen numbers for the benefit of the sufferers of the Chelsea fire will be given in the Boston Theatre this afternoon at 1.30 o'clock. The committee in charge has selected the best features of all the larger local entertainments given during the winter, and the program will be one of the most varied, representative and entertaining given in Boston during the last few years. The University Musical Clubs will play, S. Baird '03 will give several impersonations, and the closing number will be given by firemen who were on duty in Chelsea at the time of the fire.

Tickets, at $1.50, $1, 50 and 25 cents each, are on sale at the Boston Theatre box office, and at Herrick's, or may be obtained from any member of the following committee: H. Abbott, J. C. Abbott, S. Baird '03, M. Lang '02, J. L. Smith and R. Turner.
