Mr. Edmond Kelly, a member of the executive committee of the Intercollegiate Socialist Society, will speak under the auspices of the Harvard Socialist Club, in Emerson Lecture Room, this evening, at 8 o'clock. His subject will be "Socialism." Mr. Kelly is well known as a municipal government reformer and is the author of "Evolution and Effort, and Their Relation to Religion and Politics" and "Government or, Human Evolution."

The meeting will be open to the public.
