At a meeting of the class presidents last evening the following men were appointed a committee to confer with members of the Faculty and with the Athletic Committee on the athletic situation: G.G. Ball '08, D.S. Brigham '08, J.L. Derby '08, A.W. Hinkel '08, F.H. Burr '09, A.G. Cable '09, E.P. Currier '09, E.C. Bacon '10, and E. Harding '11. At the request of the Athletic Committee the four presidents are themselves members of the committee.
These men will have entire charge of the undergraduate situation, and will attempt to bring about a better understanding between the parties concerned. Their object will be to point out to the Faculty and Athletic Committee the reforms contemplated by the undergraduates in their petition and, with this as a basis, to bring about a satisfactory solution.
