A dinner celebrating the thirty-fifth anniversary of the CRIMSON will be held in the Trophy Room of the Union this evening at 7.30 o'clock. Ninety acceptances of the invitations sent out have been received, and this year, departing from the custom of former years, thirty-five prominent undergraduates have been invited. Among those attending will be the present board, former editors of the paper or its predecessors the Magenta and the Herald, and several members of the Faculty, together with the invited speakers.
The toastmaster will be J. B. Husband '08. W. F. Garcelon L.'95 will speak on "Athletics"; Professor A. L. Lowell '77 will give a short address on "The Faculty"; and Dean Sabine will speak on "The University." The other speakers will be A. W. Hinkel '08, E. J. Curtis, the representative of the Yale News, C. R. Dickinson of the Daily Princetonian, and C. F. Baumhofer of the Cornell Daily Sun.
Before the dinner a short reception will be held in the CRIMSON Sanctum.
