The William H. Baldwin Prize of $100 offered by the National Municipal League has been awarded for 1907-08 to Abraham Edward Pinanski 1L., for an essay on "The Street Railway System of Metropolitan Boston." This prize is offered annually for the best essay on a subject in municipal administration written by a student of any "college or university of the United States which affords distinct instruction in municipal government."
