The Francis Boott prize of $100 for "the best composition in concerted vocal music" has been awarded to P. G. Clapp '09, of Roxbury, Massachusetts. The prize, which is given for the best composition for four voices and organ accompaniment, was not awarded last year, since no composition was deemed satisfactory.
The committee of award this year consists of Warren A. Locke '69, Arthur Foote '74, and George A. Burdett '81.
