Lost to Princeton Saturday 39 to 13.--Record for 110-yards Broken.

The University swimming team was defeated by Princeton Saturday night at Princeton by the score of 39 to 13. This ties Princeton and Pennsylvania for the championship. A new intercollegiate record of 1m., 2-5s., was made in the 100-yard swim by Chambers of Princeton, who won by a few inches from P. Withington '09, holder of the former record of 1m., 2 2-5s.

220-yard swim--Won by Withington (H.); second, Chambers (P.); no third swimmer. Time--2m., 49 2-5s.

100-yard swim--Won by Chambers (P.); second. Withington (H.); third, Kimbal (P.). Time-1m., 2-5s., intercollegiate record.

50-yard swim--Won By Denniston (P.); second, Withington (H.); third, Parke (P.). Time--26 4-5s.
